Congratulations to five outstanding graduates of the Congolese Youth Leadership Academy who have been awarded full scholarships to Minnesota colleges and universities for the 2025-2026 academic year!
The scholarship recipients are:
- Amani Lukusa — University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (Pre-Medicine)
- Grace Mbuyi — St. Catherine University (Nursing)
- Emmanuel Tshisekedi — Macalester College (Political Science)
- Noella Kabongo — University of St. Thomas (Business Administration)
- David Mutombo — Minnesota State University, Mankato (Computer Science)
These young leaders represent the very best of our community. Each of them has demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, leadership in community service, and a deep commitment to their Congolese heritage.
